| Bare pipes, which were exposed to all destructive and non-destructive controls, were cleaned from external factors such as rust, dust, tufal, grease present at their surfaces before the coating process. For this purpose, the inner and outer surfaces of the pipes are taken to the shot-blasting line and shot-blasted with steel granules at automatic machines with the quality of Sa 2 1/2-Sa3, which is compatible with the DIN 55928 or ISO 8501/01 standards. A surface roughness of 40-100 microns is established after the process.
